Entitles you to a range of services from your GP which are determined by the HSE. There is however a number of additional services provided by the GP which are not covered by the agreement between the state and the doctor. 

From 1st of July 2020 if you require any of the services not covered by the medical card/Gp visit card a charge will apply.
